The UAE healthcare industry has grown rapidly over the last ten years, creating an extremely competitive market place in the UAE to the point where patients now have a wide range of options and specialties available to them. The core elements cementing the success of any healthcare establishment is level of service and quality of advice and treatment available. HealthBay wanted to build a brand that enables them to reorient the patient relationship; so that the patient is building an affinity with the brand that is equal to that of their physician, buying into what the brand is and what it stands for. Our task was to build a new brand which can connect with new and existing patients.
Inspired by the previous identity’s circles, we created a powerful and timeless marque that encapsulates the key attributes of community, unity, personal, assured and established. Our solution reflected the purpose of putting the patients at the centre of everything.
